Best Western Plus Tupelo Inn & Suites

This place is the hidden gem of Tupelo. The service goes above and beyond. The front desk staff is amazing. Seems like it's really paid off too, the guest all seem happy and joyful to be here. I've overheard multiple guest say they've come back here for years. Very family oriented as well. They've made a new repeat customer out of me. The rooms are super clean and you get a lot of service for the price. We'll done Best Western Plus Tupelo.

Only problem was room near exit and door slammed closed everytime someone used it. Echoed very loudly in the room. Otherwise, nice place to stay.

We stayed at this BW and had no issues other than the pool is very cold and we booked this hotel specifically because of the indoor pool but it wasn't really usable for us. The breakfast is fantastic and Staffed well. When we left the hotel to head to our destination our van started shuddering and 4 hours later we wound up back at the hotel. They gave us a good rate and helped us try to find a local mechanic. I really can't say enough about the service here. It was great. We wound up taking our van across the street to Firestone and they had us up and going the next day right after another delicious breakfast. Five stars, but please please turn up the heat in the pool.

Rooms are decent, nothing to complain about.. but I will never forget Ms May! She is the nicest lady who makes all of the breakfast by herself everyday.. she is kind and very helpful and always has a smile on her face!

Bed was extra comfy, we had a decent night's sleep. However the reason we came back to this hotel while we were in the area is because of the lady that takes care of the Continental breakfast. The food is good but she is the "icing on the cake" making sure everyone has whatever they need. All of the staff were nice, but she is the reason we are and will be repeat customers.

Everything was wonderful! Marlena was so nice and kind at check-in! She made sure we had everything we needed. At breakfast, Mae was the best, so sweet and kind! She made sure we had omelettes and waffles. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! I highly recommend this hotel.

Rooms were clean and quiet. The room is had on my 1st visit was perfect, clean, quiet, and had great A/C. Second visit, the thermostat didn't work but the room was comfortable, I was tired, so I didnt complain. Otherwise the stay both times were perfect. Given that I read other comments saying rooms were not clean, both room i stayed im were exceptionally clean, no mold or other issues. The staff was wonderful and courteous. I would definitely stay here again.

Great room and very comfortable. I would recommend staying on the back side of the hotel. The road out front had cars drag racing during the night which made it hard to sleep but that isn't the fault of the hotel. The carpet in the halls was stained really bad and needs replacing but our room was very clean. The breakfast was really good. They also have amazing water pressure.

My boyfriend and I got a room here while here in Tupelo to see a Jason Aldean Concert and this hotel was very nice. The room was great. Not dirty. We got a king size bed.

I am thoroughly impressed with our stay here and the continental breakfast was better than 90% of the hotels I've stayed. Starting the day pleased with breakfast is an automatic win for Best Western Plus
